The burgeoning interest in archaic, traditional, and novel beer styles has coincided with a growing appreciation of the role of yeasts in determining beer character as well as a better understanding of the ecology and biogeography of yeasts. Multiple studies in recent years have highlighted the potential of wild Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces yeasts for production of beers with novel flavour profiles and other desirable properties. Yeasts isolated from spontaneously fermented beers as well as from other food systems (wine, bread, and kombucha) have shown promise for brewing application, and there is evidence that such cross-system transfers have occurred naturally in the past. We review here the available literature pertaining to the use of nonconventional yeasts in brewing, with a focus on the origins of these yeasts, including methods of isolation. Practical aspects of utilizing nondomesticated yeasts are discussed, and modern methods to facilitate discovery of yeasts with brewing potential are highlighted.  相似文献

The technology deployed for lithium-ion battery state of charge (SOC) estimation is an important part of the design of electric vehicle battery management systems. Accurate SOC estimation can forestall excessive charging and discharging of lithium-ion batteries, thereby improving discharge efficiency and extending cycle life. In this study, the key lithium-ion battery SOC estimation technologies are summarized. First, the research status of lithium-ion battery modeling is introduced. Second, the main technologies and difficulties in model parameter identification for lithium-ion batteries are discussed. Third, the development status and advantages and disadvantages of SOC estimation methods are summarized. In much of the United States and Canada, the common reed consists of both a native subspecies Phragmites australis americanus, and a highly invasive introduced subspecies P. australis australis. DNA testing is generally used to distinguish them definitively and is necessary to detect hybridization. We report a group of single nucleotide polymorphisms and indels in the nuclear NRT2 gene of Phragmites that differentiate North American native and European-introduced populations. All native samples tested were identical in NRT2 sequence over 1564 bases except for two positions. There were nine positions, consisting of seven base substitutions and two indels, at which all introduced samples were fixed for a different allele than the native samples. For the two indels, samples collected from northern Europe were also fixed for the same allele as the introduced samples collected across North America. One of the indels was easily detected by a PCR-RFLP assay and provides a rapid and inexpensive way to screen for hybrids between native and European-introduced populations of Phragmites and thus can facilitate more widespread surveillance for hybrids between native and introduced populations in North America.  相似文献

针对当前通信系统入侵行为自动识别技术存在入侵信号样本识别成功率较低、误识别率和漏识别率较高的问题,提出基于 GA-SVM 算法的通信网络入侵信号自动识别技术。利用混沌原理提取通信网络入侵的非平稳信号时域特征,并凭借自回归模型提取对应频域特征,捕捉邻域入侵信号间的非线性时空动作频率,评价相邻行为间的状态关联性,预测入侵信号后续行为,完成入侵信号的识别。实验表明,所提方法识别精度高、误识别率较低,漏识别率非常低,具有可应用于实际的理论价值。  相似文献

目的 对2019年9月4日发生在云南省楚雄彝族自治州的一起误食光硬皮马勃中毒事件进行调查分析,明确中毒原因,总结中毒特点及救治方法,为该蘑菇中毒事件的处置提供借鉴。方法 收集中毒病例资料、进行流行病学调查、对蘑菇样品进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定。结果 2例患者各进食了约50 g购买于市场的马勃后,出现了腹痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻及低血压的症状,潜伏期0.5~1 h,经过对症治疗后好转出院。蘑菇标本经形态学和分子生物学鉴定为光硬皮马勃。结论 此次事件是因误食光硬皮马勃引起的急性中毒事件。光硬皮马勃与可食用的云南硬皮马勃外形相似,常因误食而中毒。鉴于很多毒蘑菇与一些食用菌形态上极为相似而导致误采误食,建议不要随意采食野生蘑菇。  相似文献

Natural ACE inhibitory peptides derived from food are considered to be an effective supplement for lowering blood pressure. This study investigated the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum CD101 and Staphylococcus simulans NJ201 on proteolysis and the sequence composition of ACE inhibitory peptides in fermented sausages. The ACE inhibitory activity of the inoculated group reached the maximum values on day 35 during the production of fermented sausages. A more positive effect in the hydrolysis of the sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar protein was observed in the inoculated group through sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The free amino acid content of the inoculated group was 865.21 ± 12.55 mg/100 g, which was significantly higher (P < 0.05) than that of the control group. The molecular weight distribution showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in peptides with a molecular weight less than 1 kDa in the inoculated group. A total of thirty-four peptides with high hydrophobicity were identified by liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer/mass spectrometer (LC–MS/MS). Furthermore, the peptides were isolated and purified using gel filtration chromatography (GFC) and reversed-phased high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Eleven novel peptides were identified by Nano-LC-ESI-MS/MS, in which VALSLSRP with X-Pro structure exhibited the highest ACE inhibition rate (75.36 ± 2.45%). These results indicated that mixed starters are conducive to protein degradation and the formation of peptides with high ACE inhibitory activity, especially peptides less than 1 kDa, and could be used as a functional material for antihypertensive drugs.  相似文献

风力机一般放置在恶劣的环境中,其桨距执行器极易出现故障。文中针对一类含有未知但有界干扰和噪声的风力机系统的桨距执行器故障问题,设计了集员未知输入观测器对桨距的执行器故障进行检测并分离。采用气动机理和现代辨识原理建立风力机系统模型,通过优化未知输入观测器设计对系统中的干扰解耦,基于中心对称多胞体估计不考虑故障时残差的区间包络,并将其作为残差估计的上下动态阈值,实现状态估计。在上述基础上提出了利用一组集员未知输入观测器进行故障诊断的策略。仿真结果表明,在实验过程中,文中所设计的集员未知输入观测器准确地诊断出了风力机桨距执行器的3阶和5阶线性系统在发生突变故障和缓慢时变故障的时间和位置,证明了所提故障诊断策略的有效性。  相似文献

低温脂肪酶已成为工业低温工艺良好候选物,在生物质能源、食品、皮制品、废水处理等领域发挥重要作用。本文从实验室保藏的55株产低温脂肪酶酵母菌株中筛选出一株高产菌株NYNU 19160,通过形态学、生理生化以及ITS和26S rDNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为Papiliotrema fonsecae。经过硫酸铵分级沉淀、透析、浓缩将该脂肪酶纯化后,对酶学性质进行了研究。结果表明,该脂肪酶最适反应温度为20℃,最适作用pH为7.5,属于低温碱性脂肪酶;Cu2+显著促进该酶的水解活性,而Li+表现为显著抑制作用;有机溶剂乙腈、甲醇、乙酸对酶活性有较强的促进作用,而苯和正己烷则抑制了该酶的活性;该酶对对硝基苯酚丁酸脂(pNPC4)底物表现出较强特异性。  相似文献

Si C单晶因优良的物理和机械性能而大量用于大功率器件和IC行业。但由于材料的高硬度和高脆性,使其加工过程变得很困难。为此,分析了Si C单晶片切割过程,建立切割过程模型,通过F检验法进行系统阶次辨识,采用遗忘因子递推最小二乘算法在线估计模型参数,建立进给量与切割力的差分方程,设计基于最小方差自校正的切割力控制器,并进行实验验证。结果表明:控制器能够很好的跟踪不同信号,具有良好的鲁棒性,提高了Si C单晶片的加工效率和表面质量。  相似文献
